I am not a professional runner or an athlete. If you're reading this, the chases are you're like me.
However, I have a good sports conditioning history and background:
- 10 years Taekwon-do as a kid (2nd to 12th grade; 1st gup)
- 5 years Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (blue belt)
- 8 years snowboarding
- 10 years in the gym
- stretching at home
- running rarely
- cycling daily
- hiking too
You can beat my record despite all that! That would truly make me happy.
But there are people running half-marathons for 01:04 hours.
My goal was under two hours and I accomplished it under 42 days of training and with only 20 runs in training. I've previously ran maximum 10 kilometres for about 57 minutes.

I am 29 and I needed this challenge as I am turning 30 in 3 months. Maybe you need that too.
